If you are Media and would like to cover our event, we welcome your interest. Please contact us to request media passes. It’s recommended that Media wishing to hold interviews with our guest speakers should reserve private rooms at the University Inn.

Media Policy
UDP is the sole holder of all intellectual rights to the conference media we produce, though we will share and distribute this material to the public for non-commercial use, (*see below) through open distribution using, media interviews, web video, web streaming, and or DVD production.
Once produced we will post web video of the full conference, and add the media to our website. Media updates and announcements will be posted on our website and through our email announcement list. Guidelines for Recording Equipment
911TV.org is the official film crew for the Understanding Deep Politics Conference. They have full command of the floor for taping exclusively. Non obstructive camera set up outside of the audience seating must have the approval of the floor manager at the conference and 911TV.org
Filming from seated positions as audience members for personal non-commercial use is allowed. If you bring handheld audio recorders, or video cameras for personal use your positioning must accommodate the operations of the conference and you are obliged to follow the requests of our floor manager and event organizers. Obstructively placed tripods, cameras and extension cables are not allowed.
